This project is the gypsum deep processing site of a client in Ningxiang, Hubei. The client mainly produces gypsum powder for construction and fillers, with high requirements for powder fineness and particle uniformity. They wanted a stable production line with minimal maintenance, so they chose the HGM1250 ultra-fine grinder.

The finished gypsum powder has a fineness of 800 mesh, with an hourly output of about 69 tons.

Since the production line went into operation, the equipment has been running smoothly, the classification effect has been excellent, and the finished powder indicators have been stable and up to standard, fully meeting the client’s gypsum powder processing needs.
