Product Overview

This machine is an ideal piece of equipment that integrates powder grinding and powder conveying, and currently holds a leading position among similar wood powder grinding machinery in China. The main unit's lubrication system employs an oil circulation device independently developed by our company, which eliminates the common problem in comparable products where bearings are frequently damaged due to inadequate lubrication, thereby significantly reducing maintenance costs. The grinding head, a wear-prone component of the main unit, is manufactured from alloy steel, providing high hardness and excellent wear resistance—advantages that are unmatched by comparable products.

Working Principle

The main motor has a power rating of 22 kW–37 kW and is designed for a supply voltage of 380 V. 2. It is suitable for processing sawdust from various wood types—including poplar, birch, pine, cypress, and paulownia—as well as sticky miscellaneous wood chips with a particle size of <40–80 mesh, into a 300–400 mesh finish. 3. It can complete the entire process—including grinding, gas-solid separation, screening, conveying, and finished-product packaging—in a single operation.
