This project is a processing project for ultra-fine alumina powder by a new material technology company in Jiangsu. The finished product is mainly supplied to the refractory materials and electronic ceramics industries. Customers have strict requirements for powder fineness and particle uniformity, so the HGM1250 ultra-fine grinding machine was chosen.

The raw material is alumina, with a finished product fineness of 1000 mesh, and an hourly output of 3–5 tons.

The entire production line has high classification precision, flexible fineness adjustment, and a high degree of automation, allowing a small number of personnel to operate the equipment. The workshop features a closed dust-removal design, keeping the production environment clean and tidy, and consistently producing qualified ultra-fine alumina powder, fully meeting the supply needs of the high-end new materials market.
