Product Overview
YNM superfine pulverizer is a kind of equipment specialized in processing and manufacturing fine powder and superfine powder. It can be widely applied to more than 100 kinds of non-flammable and explosive brittle materials with Mohs hardness<6, such as calcite, limestone, dolomite, barite, talc, gypsum, mica, graphite, carbon black, activated carbon, kaolin, bentonite, chuck magnesium ore, illite, pyrophyllite,vermiculite, attapulgite, rectorite, diatomite, alunite, fluorite, phosphate rock,potassium ore, pumice, chalk and other materials.

Working Principle
The main engine motor inputs power to the main shaft through the main engine pulley to drive the rotary table of each floor to rotate. The shaft pin drives the three or four-layer ring rollers to roll and rotate in the grinding ring raceway through the rotary table.
The large materials are crushed into small particles by the hammer crusher and then sent to the storage bin by the elevator. The skirt belt feeder evenly sends the materials to the middle of the upper rotary table through the feeding port.
The high-pressure centrifugal fan sucks the external air into the cavity and sends the materials after three layers of crushing into the powder concentrator. The rotating turbine in the powder concentrator makes the coarse particles that do not meet the requirements fall back into the grinding chamber for regrinding, and the fine powder enters the dust collector with the air flow, is purified by the filter bag, and is discharged through the screw in the discharge valve, which is the finished product. The purified gas is discharged through the fan and silencer.
