This project is at a customer site in Jining, Shandong, intended for deep processing of non-metallic minerals. The raw material is limestone, and the customer required high fineness and uniform particle size in the finished powder. They also hoped the milling production line could ensure stable operation and low maintenance costs, so they chose the HGM100 ultrafine mill.

The finished limestone powder has a fineness of 1250 mesh, with an hourly output of 3–5 tons. Since the production line started, the equipment has been running smoothly, and the powder meets quality standards, fulfilling the customer’s demand for high-end filler powder.

The HGM100 ultrafine mill provides high classification precision, with alloy wear-resistant rollers and rings that are easy to maintain, making it the preferred equipment for mid-to-high-end ultrafine powder processing.
